Golden hour pasta✨ Fresh pasta before the sun sets, tossed a simple gorgonzola sauce. I’m using my go to dough recipe: 400g 00 flour 250g eggs. Spaghetti al gorgonzola a little recipe from The Talisman of Happiness & literally the easiest sauce. Butter, gorgonzola, cream, parmesan, and salt.
