Spotted: an anti-graffiti poster placed in front of Canada’s largest mural project. Last month, the exterior of the Hamilton City Centre was transformed by 60 artists from around the globe to bring some art to the stalled redevelopment of the downtown Hamilton mall known as the Hamilton City Centre.
