Sopes are such a family treat! Sopes can have all kinds of fillings but ground beef sopes ones are my favorite! I used 2c masa 2 c warm water a splash. Don’t be intimidated by the masa. Sopes are very forgiving! To make sure your masa is good & ready make a medallion: if it’s cracking in the edges it needs more water.
