Featuring my whining dog 🥴 I recommend a minimum of 20g protein, 10g fibre per meal to help with daily nutrient requirements and help with satiety. A meal also needs to contain fats, and carbohydrates (whether fibrous or not) to help you function and feel your best! 2 eggs isn't enough on their own but adding whole grain bread, fruit on the side, some form of fat on your bread, will absolutely be more balanced and help you feel good and satisfied for much longer! #momlife #dietitian #healthyhab
