HOW TO PAINT OVER DAMP STAINS Here’s a nice simple video showing how I stain blocked the areas of this room effected by an old roof letting water in causing damp stains and some mould. The two shellac primers I used were Blockade by @smith_rodger_shellacs and Bin by @zinsseruk Both of these work a treat but remember to ventilate the room as these shellac primers are very strong smelling (reminds me of nail varnish remover!)
