The USMNT took down Uruguay 5-1 at Raymond James Stadium Tuesday night, despite being down some of their top players.
The U.S. men's national team completely crushed Uruguay 5-1 Tuesday in the second and last friendly of the November break -- as well as ending its 2025 calendar on a high note. Head coach Mauricio Pochettino went in with an almost entirely fresh starting 11 from Saturday's 2-1 win vs. Paraguay.

But an inexperienced USMNT side ran roughshod over the Uruguayans, as defender Alex Freeman scored a brace and was joined on the scoresheet by Sebastian Berhalter, Diego Luna and Tanner Tessmann. The goals from Freeman, Berhalter and Tessmann were their first on the international level.
