Jason Kelce went viral in November after he smashed a person's cellphone at Penn State after the person called his brother, Travis Kelce, a homophobic slur.

Penn State confirmed Tuesday that Kelce won't face any charges for the Nov. 2 incident in which he appeared to smash the phone of a person who called his brother Travis a homophobic slur.

Penn State University Police and Public Safety closed their investigation into the incident involving Jason Kelce slamming a fan’s phone to the ground before the Nittany Lions’ game against Ohio State State at Beaver Stadium last month, a police spokesperson said Tuesday.
