After four decades, the owners of Not Licked Yet Frozen Custard have put the Fish Creek restaurant on the market once again, hoping a new family will carry on the cherished tradition.

A committee meeting Monday afternoon saw four Green Bay alderpeople split on whether or not to make a statement against conversion therapy.
