A County police officer has been identified​ in the shooting that killed 43-year-old Glenn Pettie during a mental health crisis on Sunday, May 18.

A 15-year-old boy was arrested Thursday on suspicion of fatally shooting a homeless man at an encampment in Long Beach, authorities said.
