The 2025 Little League World Series is officially off and running. Eight teams continue their quest to win it all in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, on Sunday in the annual summer tournament. A new winner will be crowned in 2025, too, after last year's champion, Lake Mary, Florida, was eliminated in the regional round.

Clarendon Hills bounced back from a lopsided loss in the first round of the Little League World Series​ to beat the Mid-Atlantic Region champion from Upper Uwchlan Township, Pennsylvania on Saturday 3-2.

The attached video is from previous coverage on WGN-TV. The Clarendon Hills Little League team has staved off elimination once already this weekend at the Little League World Series. They’ll try to do it again Sunday afternoon in order to keep their magical run going.

The Mid-Atlantic region squad beat Floyds Knobs, Indiana, representing the Central region, 1-0 in Sunday's title game in Greenville, North Carolina.

The team from Upper Uwchlan Township in Chester County, Pennsylvania, will now head to the elimination bracket.
