Keir Starmer is set to meet Donald Trump tomorrow as relations between the US and Europe become increasingly strained. The meeting between the leaders comes at a time of international instability, in the early days of a Hamas-Israel ceasefire and as the Russia-Ukraine conflict passes the three-year mark.
