A shoddy retread of the first movie and an even shoddier attempt at episodic storytelling, "Dream Productions" is yet another example of Disney+ treating TV like a garbage dump for failed film ideas.

Fans of the Pixar movie “Inside Out” will get another look at the inner workings of Riley’s brain in a new series all about her dreams.

Inside Out 2 has become the most successful animated film of all time, grossing over $1.6 billion worldwide and surpassing all other Pixar properties at the box office. But Disney has a surprise in store for fans, one they probably didn’t expect: Dream Productions, a new spinoff series from Inside Out, set to premiere on Disney+.

Set between the two Pixar movies and featuring the voices of Maya Rudolph and Paula Pell, the animated series follows the goings-on at the studio responsible for crafting Riley's reveries.
