About 1,000 Starbucks workers have walked out of 75 stores as part of a rolling, one-day strike campaign launched Sunday, the Workers United union said. Employees went on strike because Starbucks implemented a new dress code and enforcement policy without negotiating with the union, it said.

More than 1,000 Starbucks baristas at 75 U.S. stores have gone on strike since Sunday, protesting the coffee giant’s new dress code
