Erika Kirk, Charlie Kirk’s wife, kicked off Turning Point USA’s “This Is the Turning Point" campus tour at the University of Mississippi and was joined by Vice President JD Vance.

Following Charlie Kirk’s death, conservative activists have stepped in to fill the void at his Turning Point USA organization and complete his tour of college campuses. His widow, Erika Kirk, and Vice President JD Vance are scheduled to speak on Wednesday at the University of Mississippi.

Thousands packed The Pavilion at Ole Miss Wednesday night to hear Vance and Kirk. The Democrats’ “counter-event” across campus drew roughly 100 and featured “Drag Bingo” after the event.

A college student pressed Vice President JD Vance at a Turning Point USA event over his call to reduce legal immigration, which he says is needed to protect American interests.
