Snow hits portion of central North Carolina for the first time in over 1,000 days, more snow further west
RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — After nearly three years, winter has properly arrived in parts of central NC with a dusting of snow. Flurries have hit the southwestern portion of central NC overnight Monday night and into Tuesday. This is the first time that’s happened in 1,038 days, according to our CBS 17 Storm Team.
