The U.S. Army has named the third service member who died in the collision between a Black Hawk helicopter and a commercial plane.

Capt. Rebecca Lobach, 28, of Durham, North Carolina, was identified as one of the pilots of the Black Hawk flight that collided with American Eagle Flight 5342.

The Army identified the third soldier on the Black Hawk helicopter involved in the midair crash over the Potomac River Wednesday night as Capt. Rebecca M. Lobach.
