Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz says 42-year-old Jordan Rosen was indicted by a grand jury and charged in the April 5 death of a 55-year-old William McField.

Officials say it happened after Jordan Rosen’s vehicle and William McField’s motorcycle came into contact on an exit ramp on the Long Island Expressway.
