Attorneys said they reached a settlement over a civil lawsuit impacting residents living near a data center by Williston.

The Bessemer Planning and Zoning Commission voted to recommend a new data storage facility project to the city council Tuesday night, June 17.

In a 7-0 vote, Chesapeake city council voted not to move forward with the proposed data center in the Great Bridge area, according to Director of Public Communications in Chesapeake Heath Covey.
