The Supreme Court on Friday said it will continue to block the Trump administration from deporting Venezuelan men detained in northern Texas.

This is the second time in a week that a federal judge has blocked the administration from sending Venezuelans to the Salvadoran prison under the 18th-century wartime law.

U.S. District Judge Charlotte Sweeney also granted a request from the American Civil Liberties Union to turn the civil case into a class-action lawsuit.
