Portland, Oregon, was the site of violent riots in 2020 under the first Trump administration, and is set to see a new crime crackdown initiative as federal officials converge on the city.

Two people were arrested Sunday night as crowds gathered outside the Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Portland.

Demonstrators marched through Portland as the state sues over the Trump administration's federalization of the Oregon National Guard.
