First Minister John Swinney has led the tributes paid to Scottish artist Jack Vettriano, who died aged 73. His publicist said that Vettriano, born Jack Hoggan on November 17, 1951, in Methil, Fife, was found on Saturday at his apartment in Nice, in the south of France.
