The Vancouver Canucks are back in action on Sunday evening as they take on the Utah Hockey Club, with both teams being on the second night of a back-to-back. Sunday is the second of three meetings between Vancouver and Utah this season.

What a difference a year can make. Heck, what a difference a week can make. At around this time last season, Thatcher Demko was solidifying a Vezina Trophy nomination, and the thought of anyone other than him holding down the starting duties for the Vancouver Canucks in the immediate future was ludicrous.

Nearly half of his goals this season have come on the man-advantage, which will present itself in this matchup. The Utah Hockey Club ranks 29th in the league this season in penalty minutes taken per game, so DeBrusk will have chances to add to his power play total.
