The off-duty police officer stabbed by a suspect in a road rage incident on Saturday has been released from the hospital, Atlanta Police Department tell Channel 2 Action News.
According to police, Bill Jones Harper was last seen at his home on the 800 block of Amber Place NW at around noon on Sunday, Jan. 19. APD said that Harper is diagnosed with dementia and has a history of wandering off from his home for a day before returning home or being located by law enforcement.
