The Kentucky Derby is just 60 days away, but you can get in the spirit now with a sip of the race's signature bourbon.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Woodford Reserve has released its 2025 commemorative bottle for the 151st Kentucky Derby. According to a news release, this year's artwork by Humberto Lahera features vivid colors, expressive brushstrokes and fluid motion. Lahera is a Cuban native and now lives in Louisville.

The liquid in Woodford Reserve’s Derby bottles is the same as the core bourbon—aged for six to seven years in new charred oak barrels; made from a mashbill of 72 percent corn, 18 percent rye, and 10 percent malted barley;

In a sign that Derby season is quickly approaching, Woodford Reserve has released the 2025 commemorative Kentucky Derby bottle.
