Thousands of demonstrators in the Georgian capital converged on parliament again on Tuesday. They are venting outrage against the governing party’s decision to suspend negotiations on joining the European Union.

A third night of protests in the Georgian capital against the government’s decision to suspend negotiations to join the European Union left 44 people hospitalized, officials said Sunday.

Large crowds of protesters took to the streets of Tbilisi, Georgia for the fourth night in a row, to demonstrate against the country’s decision to suspend EU membership talks. Clashes between demonstrators and police also took place earlier this year.
