The El Paso police SWAT team is dealing with a barricaded person at a Northeast apartment complex. The standoff had occurred since at least 3:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 9, at an apartment complex at the foot of Sugarloaf Mountain in the 3300 block of Sheppard Avenue along Alabama Street.

According to El Paso police, one man was arrested at the Sundial apartments located near the intersection of Sheppard Avenue and Alabama Street around 11:00 p.m.
