Visitors to Huntington Beach, CA, scrambled to get out of the way of a helicopter spinning out of control before it crashed into a row of trees.

The helicopter pilot who spun wildly out of and crashed at a California beach was a daredevil influencer known for his death-defying air stunts.

The Myrtle Beach Fire Department said that flooding has been reported in the area of 68th Avenue North on Ocean Boulevard, with parts of the boulevard being flooded between 62nd Avenue North and up into the 70s.

Investigators are currently working to determine the cause of the crash. Videos of the incident from event attendees and beachgoers quickly circulated on social media, which showed the helicopter descending toward the street before it suddenly dropped and erupted in flames.
