A Shepherd University student was shot and killed in an off-campus apartment early Friday morning. Authorities say a suspect has been arrested and charged with murder.

A 19-year-old University of West Georgia student was shot and killed in a Douglasville parking lot over the weekend, and authorities say a suspect who knew her has now been arrested.
