Seattle Seahawks left tackle Charles Cross will be sidelined for the next few weeks because of surgery for a dislocated right ring finger.

Earlier this offseason in July, the Green Bay Packers signed offensive tackle Zach Tom to a four-year extension worth $88 million (up to $92 million). Miller is now another offensive tackle earning more than $20 million per season. That's probably the starting point for negotiations between Cross and the Seahawks.
