The Jets fired Joe Douglas, just two days after falling to 3-8 following a loss to the Colts and six weeks after the team fired head coach Robert Saleh.

Saleh, 44, is in his third season with the Jets and has compiled a 17-32 record. The 47-year-old Douglas was hired as GM in June 2019, going 26-55.
