The death toll has risen after a United Parcel Service (UPS) cargo plane filled with jet fuel crashed shortly after takeoff as a dashcam video has been released showing the horrific incident as it happened.

At least 11 people are dead and others wounded after UPS flight 2976 burst into flames and hit buildings during take-off.
