A house in Englewood that sold for $3.1 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Bergen County in the past week.

Starting prices are expected to be in the mid-$300,000s, in line with many Englewood-area homes, which tend to be more cost-friendly than other new-construction areas, like Lakewood Ranch.

Despite the market cooldown, BeachWalk isn’t the only new community in Englewood. Shores at Stillwater, a new gated development by PulteGroup, offers a mix of single-family homes and villas.
