The results topped Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 7 cents per share.

LAS VEGAS (AP) — LAS VEGAS (AP) — Las Vegas Sands Corp. (LVS) on Wednesday reported fourth-quarter earnings of $324 million. The Las Vegas-based company said it had net income of 45 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 54 cents per share.

The results exceeded Wall Street expectations. The Hamilton, Bermuda-based real estate investment trust said it had funds from operations of $646 million, or 82 cents per share, in the period. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for funds from operations of 79 cents per share.

HOUSTON (AP) — HOUSTON (AP) — Stellar Bancorp, Inc. (STEL) on Thursday reported fourth-quarter earnings of $27.8 million. The bank, based in Houston, said it had earnings of 52 cents per share.
