Waldog, an AI-powered robot dog in Monterrey, Mexico, is raising awareness about animal welfare and street conditions.

Waldo is the brainchild of Mexican Senator form Monterrey, Waldo Fernández González, who spent $4,084 (Rs 3.5 lakhs) of his own money and also named the robotic dog after him.
