A driver who was 17 years old at the time of a crash that killed six people in Palm Beach County nearly three years ago pleaded guilty in court Monday.

Travelers can now access the parkway from mile marker 469, U.S. Route 441 near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, through mile marker 423.2, Beech Gap, according to the park service.
