Some days it’s with boundless energy and a great smile, others it’s by taking teammates to task following a bad loss. On a snowy Saturday morning in Detroit, though, Tyrese Maxey was singing old-school Motown tunes to gin up energy for the Philadelphia 76ers' shootaround.

During the season, Maxey is shooting just 31.8% from deep, but over his last three games, he has been shooting 50% from deep. That is a good sign for a Sixers team that needs their shooters to start knocking down open looks from deep.
