Michigan State basketball has won a share of the Big Ten title thanks to Michigan's loss to Maryland on Wednesday. MSU can win it outright Thursday.

Derik Queen had 17 points and 12 rebounds, leading No. 13 Maryland to a 71-65 win over No. 17 Michigan that gave Michigan State at least a share of the Big Ten title.

USC's JuJu Watkins headlined the All-Big Ten selections and was the player of the year after helping the Trojans win the conference title. Ohio State's Jaloni Cambridge and Michigan's Olivia Olson were named the top freshmen, UCLA's Lauren Betts earned defensive player of the year honors and USC's Lindsay Gottlieb was tabbed the coach of the year.

USC women's basketball has already made plenty of history this season. By defeating crosstown rival UCLA on Saturday night, the Trojans won the Big Ten regular season title in their very first year in the conference.

Michigan and Michigan State's women's basketball teams were well represented on the All-Big Ten teams and postseason honors.
