Sugar cookies sold at top retailer may have an unexpected surprise, 12,000 packages recalled
Sugar cookies sold at Target stores in 20 states and Washington D.C. have been recalled. A document on the Food and Drug Administration website shows 803 cases of 10-count Favorite Day Bakery Frosted Sugar Cookies were recalled on July 22. Each case contains 15 packages, meaning more than 12,000 packages have been recalled.
