"They’re ballers," Rattler said of the Saints rookie class shortly after the game. "I mean, they’re dependable. They’re reliable. They know their stuff and Jonas has had a great camp and obviously made plays throughout the preseason and made a great pick. I thought there was a second left, but he made a hell of a play."
The Jaguars (0-1-1) played their starters on offense and defense while the Saints rested their defensive starters which allowed Jacksonville quarterback Trevor Lawrence to have a strong outing in limited reps (eight of 10 for 76 yards with a touchdown).
