Former ASU running back Cam Skattebo, now a rookie making waves with the New York Giants, had a surprise visitor at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center.

Cam Skattebo's injury brought the NFL together as writers, players, fans lamented "devastating" injury to New York Giants, former Arizona State star.

Adding to the rookie running back's woes is a gruesome ankle injury that he suffered in Week 8. Skattebo underwent ankle surgery on Sunday, which presumably means his season is over. The 23-year-old running back totaled 617 yards from scrimmage and scored seven touchdowns in eight games this season.
