Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba might be receiving a fine after his celebration in the Monday night win.

Smith-Njigba gave Stingley Jr. a shove into the Texans' bench area and was nailed in retribution and surrounded by Houston players.

Embattled Seattle Seahawks' running back Zach Charbonnet scored an early touchdown to help his team to an early 14-0 lead over the Texans on Monday night.

The Detroit Lions beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 24-9 in the first game of the “Monday Night Football” doubleheader. Jahmyr Gibbs had a pair of touchdown runs as part of his 136-yard outing for Detroit, which also holds a 5-2 record. The Buccaneers lost Mike Evans, likely for most of the rest of the season, with a broken collarbone in that loss.
