The two coaches faced questions about their capabilities to lead prominent teams just over a year ago, but have come a long way since then and will meet in the CFP national title game.

The Ohio State football team arrived in Atlanta on Friday, and it didn’t take long for us to hear from head coach Ryan Day and some of the team. Not only did Day provide some comments directly off the plane on the tarmac — which seems like an odd place to hold a press conference — but he came back on Saturday with some media availability as well.

In replies to a photo posted by Adam King of 10 TV, fans on social media thought Day's eyes looked locked in before Ohio State's matchup against the No. 7 Fighting Irish at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Monday night. "Ryan days fave says it all. He means business," posted a fan.
