The NFL has entered into a nonbinding agreement to sell NFL Network and other media assets to ESPN. The league will receive a 10% equity stake in ESPN in return.

As part of the deal, “NFL RedZone” will air on ESPN’s new “direct-to-consumer” streaming service. Shortly after the news broke, RedZone’s host Scott Hanson took to social media the announce that he’ll be coming with it.

The National Football League announced Tuesday a non-binding agreement with ESPN, allowing ESPN to acquire NFL Network and other media assets including RedZone and NFL Fantasy in exchange for a 10% equity stake in ESPN.
