ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Broncos have signed a trio of players to their practice squad. Denver signed tackle Geron Christian, center Michael Deiter and tight end Marcedes Lewis to the practice squad, the team announced Wednesday. The Broncos released guard Nash Jones and center Joe Michalski from the practice squad in corresponding moves.
Summers (foot) was placed on the Bears' practice-squad injured list Thursday, Brad Biggs of The Athletic reports.
The Bills signed cornerback Dane Jackson from the practice squad in a corresponding move. In three games this season, Jackson totaled three tackles. The Bills will need Jackson against Jacksonville as they have ruled out Maxwell Harrison, who injured his ankle in Week 18 against the Jets.
