The 24-year-old spent the first four years of his collegiate career at Kansas State between 2020 and 2023 before transferring to Ohio State. During his lone season with the Buckeyes, he threw for 4,010 yards, 35 touchdowns and 10 interceptions while completing 73 percent of his passes. He also rushed for 226 yards and seven scores.
