The Steelers return to primetime action on Sunday night when they host the Green Bay Packers at Acrisure Stadium.

Aaron Rodgers has built a Hall of Fame NFL career during his two decades in professional football, and this weekend he has the chance to face one of his former teams in a matchup that could headline Week 8 with both teams firmly expected to be in the playoff mix.

The Green Bay Packers are preparing to face former quarterback Aaron Rodgers, now with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Rodgers has reportedly assimilated well in Pittsburgh, forming a good relationship with offensive coordinator Arthur Smith.

The 24-year-old spent the first four years of his collegiate career at Kansas State between 2020 and 2023 before transferring to Ohio State. During his lone season with the Buckeyes, he threw for 4,010 yards, 35 touchdowns and 10 interceptions while completing 73 percent of his passes. He also rushed for 226 yards and seven scores.
