A large group of people engaged in a street takeover on the 110 Freeway, lighting off fireworks and blocking off traffic.   Initial details on the incident are limited, but the California Highway Patrol’s Incident Log indicates that reports of multiple vehicles doing donuts on the freeway came in just after 3 a.

Firefighters later found a body after finding three one-story homes on fire as fireworks were fired off at the scene.
