Kelli Giddish will return to “Law Order: SVU”, reprising her role as Amanda Rollins for season 27
Giddish, who's first appearance as Det. Amanda Rollins on SVU was in season 13, is returning to the fan-favorite NBC procedural crime drama full-time for its upcoming 27th season. The former detective-turned-professor has appeared as a guest star in multiple episodes for both season 25 and 26 after her surprise exit in the middle of season 24.
The former longtime star of the NBC drama exited the series in Season 24 and has since made multiple guest appearances, before the news of her Season 27 return.
Kelli Giddish is set to reprise her role as Detective Amanda Rollins in Season 27 of Law & Order: SVU as a series regular.
