A Sunday night argument between two men ended with one shooting the other in the head in a Harrisburg alley, police said in court documents filed Monday. Santiago Gutierrez, 29, was charged on Monday with murder in connection to the fatal shooting of 25-year-old Jhonny Torres on the 300 block of Nectarine Street.

The shooting happened around 8:30 p.m. in the 300 block of Nectarine Street, according to police. Officers arrived on scene to find a man suffering from a gunshot wound in the street. He was pronounced dead on scene. The coroner identified the victim as Johnny Torres, 25, of Harrisburg city. An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday morning.
